At some point or another, we all have experienced back pain of some sort. Whether it was because we carried something wrong or slept in a bad position, back pain has been there.
Some of us deal with back pain constantly and since your spine and back hold most of your body up, having back pain can hinder our daily duties and responsibilities.
Coping with back pain can range anywhere from visiting a chiropractor to a daily pill regimen. Depending on how your back affects you, will determine what kind of remedy you should seek out. The stretches included in this list are easy and things that you can do in the comfort of your home. I will always recommend that if deal with chronic back pain, you should visit a professional and have a proper checkup.
These stretches were designed to help you deal with back pain, these wont cure your back pain. Make sure that you try to stay in as good of form as you can so you don’t cause any injury and if you feel more pain then stop immediately.

Remember when doing these poses to try and hold for about 20-30 seconds. For maximum relief try to stretch at least 3 times a week. If any of these stretches hurt you, stop immediately.
